How often to you restock paper items??
We stopped here for some groceries while staying near by. As with most Harris Teeters, the store was very clean and well stocked. Service was friendly and helpful. Really, I have no complaints about this store.
MoreYou get no customer service in customer service. They have 8 lanes and only 2 cashiers. Managers and other employees offer no assistance, even when they see its need. I wasted 20 minutes in this store today just to be told she can't ring up food. Makes no sense. I live on the island and I buy my groceries here all the time. I've never been told I can't pay at the counter. Ridiculous
MoreFrom management down the best market you will ever enjoy.Outstanding customer service.
Morevery nice with all the things you might need and a great price
Harris Teeter has a good selection of products in the Freshfields store. Tourists can live well off the deli.
MoreThis place is typically very busy as people staying on the islands are either stocking up for the week or running out to get some fresh supplies. It's also really cramped and the aisles are really narrow, which makes it feel even busier. That said, it is a typical Harris teeter experience. It's a little overpriced, and you might do better to stop at the BI-LO on the way out to the island if you want to save some money.
MoreGreat People! Left my wallet and everyone was honest and so helpful! I do appreciate them. Thank you Harris Teeter!
MoreIt's important to remember this not a full fledged Harris Teeter. However, it's incredibly well stocked, the staff is superb and the location is Central. My only potential critique is to keep an eye on the front registers a bit more. During rushes waits can be a little long and the store is a bit small for some of the lines I have seen. Other than that, excellent! Keep it up!
MoreWith the Pizza Court, They do close at 7, but it shouldn't be a hard stop. They waste all the pizza left, and dump it in the trash right next to the stand. Right after that, they refused order to other elders. The least they can do is shorten the price of the pizza so others can buy it and they don't waste as much. Also, they for some reason, forgot our order, but the good thing about this is that they are nice about these things.
MoreVery clean! LOVE THIS STORE!
Very nice store & friendly staff
Small and crowded. Aisles are tiny. Only option though, and the staff are great. Go early or on off times
MoreHas everything you need! Great seafood dept, cheese section is awesome, always have fresh baked bread, there is a Starbucks so you can caffeinate while you shop. Wine section is a little overpriced, but very good selection.
MoreHarry Peeter had everything we needed except nail polish. The little shopping center around was worthwhile, and the wine bar had a nice happy hour. Also had these cool grass chairs outside in the quad of the shopping center.
MoreGreat grocery store!! Small but has a wonderful selection of fresh food including meat and produce. Fair wine selection. Has a Starbucks inside with a cafe. Staff was very friendly. Use paper bags!
MoreSeveral of the employees here are rude, particularly in the deli. They like to make snarky comments and are generally unhelpful. I've been coming here for several years on vacation and have never experienced these type of ill mannered employees until this year.
MoreUnimpressed, the Harris Teeters in Charlotte are much cleaner and more organized
This is a nice clean place to do shopping while staying in the area. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I love the little shop this store is in, it's so cute you'll want to walk around and have a closer look.
MoreThe store is a decent place to grocery shop but for God’s sake, why are store employees bagging groceries without masks and gloves? Harris Teeter’s weak management is putting customers and their own employees at risk. Wake up people, it’s April 19th and you are way behind the curve!
MoreSo Tuesday the woman working the sandwich spot made me the best freaking sub I've ever had. So good great prices in here with a huge variety.
MoreGreat service And awesome employees.
SO crowded though staff doing a great job. Would have been faster to drive to Publix or Bi-Lo.
MoreLove love love the food here in the choices that they have!!! Certain specials throughout the week and daily specials which is good and the atmosphere is really nice too. Very clean facility and very friendly employees always make for a good lunch breakfast or dinner at the Village Market. It's also a good place to sit down and eat because they do have a little Eatery and outside seating as well. oh and everything is reasonably priced as well even the sushi.
MoreIt is a very nice store. We were on Kiawha Island so it's nice to have a store close. But a little advice go early late in the afternoon you can't move because its so crowded. And people are rude.
MoreSupermarket at the junction of Kiawah & Seabrook Island. Very clean. Large choice of freshly prepared foods-pizza, sandwiches & the salad bar is awesome. Stop in on your way before heading to the beach. They have everything you need!
MoreThe store is very clean and the employees are very friendly. Some of the customers seems a little stuck up and will just bump into you or cut in front of you but that is to be expected in an expensive community. They think they are better than everyone else. Prices are a little high but being since there is only a few places to eat in an hour lunch break, you pay for it because it is the closest. They have a salad bar with an attached fruit bar, soup selections, Starbucks, pizza bar, sub menu, and hot bar. Lots of choices!
MoreHarris Teeters great. This one in particular is clean, and the service is great. They always have what you need, and they're happy to get it for you.
MoreLines were 30 minutes long on a Sunday night. I asked the Supervisor if they could open more registers. He said no one was available. So I decided to checkout with my 3 items at customer service. He said he's not allowed to ring me up there but he'd do it this one time? This is with 30 minute lines and he's not allowed to ring me up to help expedite the pace? He should be waving people over to customer service to get the lines down. Zero sense of urgency on his part. Costco would never allow inefficiency like this and they certainly wouldn't have people standing around doing nothing over in lottery. I think the same service and sense of urgency should be expected from a grocery store in Kiawah Island.
MoreHarris Teeter The Village Market at Freshfields on Johns Island/Kiawah/Seabrook is a great place to find the best groceries. After a day of beach or relaxing it is great to know that there is a quality grocery store right there that has everything you need in one place. I like the layout of this store with all of the windows and natural light. The bakery and wine section really stand out at this location as there are some great items regularly featured there that can turn a night around. This store is always clean and well run and everyone that works here does their best to make sure that you have a great shopping experience. I have always been impressed every time I have come in here and look forward to coming back many times in the future.
MoreOnly one person allowed in to the store. People stocking in aisles, refrigerators and nobody at the meat counter. No fresh sliced meat! They appeared to not be ready for a typical Sunday morning. This not normal at this location.
MoreVery nice setup with plenty of quality items to choose from.
